Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders no later than the next working day after the order is placed. Deliveries are currently only possible within the Netherlands. For orders up to €100, there is a fixed shipping and packaging cost of €7. For orders above €100, shipping is free. Delivery time is in accordance with PostNL guidelines.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation, order number or proof of purchase. We will let you know once we have received and verified your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
